So I was—my daily responsibilities was to check—help customer, to check in and check out materials, help them paying their bills, and get their requested items. Stuff like that. But within a year, I saw there is a circulation of a Customer Service Supervisor in Catalog Division. They used to call Catalog Division, which is currently Metadata Department. So I applied for it and because I have another language that I can speak fluently, reading and writing, which is Bengali, so I got a job over there because the Catalog Department actually catalog everything for the whole System. So the whole Department has all different language expertise. Like we have people who speak Chinese. We have people who speak Korean, Russian, Spanish—all different because you know, Queens Library is a very multicultural Library.
